What this is

A simple form for capturing what God said and did in a session — opening posture, scripture, what you heard, your response, and one thing to carry. Copy the output into Telegram, Fusebase, or any note app.

How to use it

  1. Open the journal after a session, not during.
  2. Fill in the parts that fit. Leave the rest blank.
  3. Press Copy and paste it into your note system of choice.
